ALDI Lille Parking Solution

The Aldi Lille parking lot was equipped with a FastFlow parking system, designed to provide a smooth and controlled parking experience without tickets or manual intervention. Aldi was looking for a solution to prevent parking congestion while maintaining customer convenience.

What made this project particularly challenging was the specific on-site conditions. The parking lot is located on a slope, which required a customized installation. In addition, a traffic light system was integrated to ensure safe and smooth entry and exit.

This is how the system works

A distinction is made between known and unknown license plates.

A known license plate can enter and exit freely according to its access rights.

Unknown license plates are automatically registered via ANPR cameras upon entry. Visitors receive 1.5 hours of free parking time.

If they leave within this time, the barrier opens automatically. If they stay longer, they simply pay at the exit kiosk based on their parking time.

No tickets, no worries!

  • 2 kiosks with ANPR cameras
  • 1 Miroline column with payment terminal, QR code scanner, and intercom
  • 2 DBK barriers
  • bollards for protection
  • traffic light system for safe traffic flow

Everything was installed on Alphatronics traffic islands.
