RMA request

Before you send an article back to Alphatronics you must first be in the possession of an RMA number. RMA stands for "Return Material Authorization" or the permission to return goods to Alphatronics.

The RMA number is a unique number that serves as an authorization code and must also be used as a reference on your return shipment.

With the form below you can register items at Alphatronics that you want to return or for which you want to request a repair.

• The sender must ensure proper packaging.
• Please stick the RMA form on the outside of the shipment.
• Shipments that have not been reported beforehand and/or that do not have an RMA form will not be processed.
