Logistics automation - REAZN Kruisem
With an increasing flow of incoming and outgoing freight traffic, REAZN needed a structured and controlled access flow. In collaboration with Peripass, an integrated system was implemented that efficiently and safely manages both logistics and visitor flows.

REAZN - international producer of high-quality zinc
With continuous incoming and outgoing transport flows, a smooth, safe, and controlled logistics flow is essential for their operation and growth.
Together with software partner Peripass, we have created an integrated access solution that organizes transport, visitor, and pedestrian flows in a clear and efficient manner.

Truckersflow – Controlled access without delay
Unmanned access
Access to one truck entrance is fully automated.
Drivers check in via a digital check-in kiosk where they enter their access code, which they receive in advance.
After validation, they are immediately granted access to the site.
This allows international transporters to enter the site autonomously and without waiting time.

Manned access
At a second entrance, registration takes place via the front office.
After registration, the driver is given quick access to the site.
At both entrances, our S-Line barriers ensure the safe and controlled flow of freight traffic.

Visitor flow
In addition to logistics traffic, REAZN also receives visitors and suppliers.
Visitors park in the visitor zone and register via a Cosiline registration kiosk.
Via this kiosk, they:
- they register their presence
- the correct contact person is automatically notified
This ensures a professional and well-organized reception process without placing an additional burden on the reception desk.

Posted hardware
The installation at REAZN includes:
- Digital check-in kiosk for freight traffic
- Cosiline visitor kiosk
- Multiple S-Line barriers
- Turnstile with walk-through gate
- Integration with Peripass platform
By linking our open hardware to the Peripass ecosystem, we created a single integrated solution in which logistics flows, visitor registration, and access control work together seamlessly.
