Modular traffic islands specifications
- Modular islands are made of 3 mm galvanized steel
- Dimensions of top piece: L= 345 mm - W= 600 or 800 mm - H= 200 mm
- Dimensions of center piece: L= 700 mm - W= 600 or 800 mm - H= 200 mm
- Dimensions bollard: ø 159 mm - H= 1200 mm or 2000 mm
- A traffic island can be extended indefinitely in length, for applications where there is a lot of freight traffic, you can build up a traffic island in height to a maximum of 5 modules. This increases visibility and safety for the truck driver when approaching a barrier or operating column.
- Traffic islands are filled with concrete and can be equipped with 1 or more bollards for the protection of the equipment.
- Using the preformed elements in galvanized steel ensures efficient placement, saving time and money.
