CAMPER-CAR PARK DIEPENBEEK

In Diepenbeek there is a camper-car park where visitors are allowed to park for a maximum of 48 hours, clearly marked with the necessary signage. Because of the high number of short-stayers, the town was looking for an efficient solution to manage their motorhome parking.

For this project, we collaborated with Camprea, a software company that specializes in automation for motorhome sites.

Visitors can scan the QR code, or surf to the website of the camper park with which Camprea's solution integrates.

After entering their details and completing payment, they receive a link and an access code in the app and by email. These codes remain valid during the stay.

All communication is done in the user's language, and they can also call the help desk 24/7 if they encounter any difficulty.

In terms of hardware, we chose the CubeLine column with numeric code keyboard and our DBK barrier. Inside the CubeLine column is enough space to incorporate the other technologies that do not need to be visible. Think of a remote control to open the barrier also from a distance. Useful for owners and staff.

Incidentally, the system is not dependent on the Internet and remains operational even without data connection with the outside world. And thanks to the integrated UPS, the barrier will open in case of complete power failure.
