Parking solution business park Groot-Bijgaarden
The new Westgate business park in Groot-Bijgaarden is a modern, multifunctional campus that provides space for a variety of companies. Developer Futurn is not only providing flexible business spaces, but also related facilities such as a spacious parking tower with 200 spaces and loading infrastructure.
To relieve parking pressure and make management user-friendly, we went looking for a solution with Capacity by Cegeka that combines comfort, control and automation.
How it works
Each user pre-registers via a smartphone app or the online management portal. License plates are entered and linked to a rental contract or visitor profile.
Upon arrival, the ANPR camera detects the license plate and automatically opens the barrier. Visitors who have not yet registered can request access via the entrance pillar with 12" touchscreen.
The software automatically links events and meetings to parking sessions, making it easy for companies to manage their own visitors and capacity.
Specific needs
Futurn wanted a parking system that:
- Could allocate parking to different companies based on leases
- Gave tenants maximum autonomy to grant their own access to visitors, organize events and link meetings to parking sessions
- Gave insight into available capacity at a glance
- Required as little management as possible, to increase comfort for both the operator and the companies and their visitors
- Provided physical security against unwanted visitors
- Was equipped with quality and stylishly finished hardware

- Parking Brain for local decision logic, even without internet connection
